General Subscription Policy for Partners & Employees

1. Introduction
This Policy describes the structure, eligibility, scope of benefits, and legal conditions of the Value Circle Subscription Plan (“the Plan”), an internal, non-commercial benefits program provided exclusively to authorized partners and employees of Value Circle LLC.
The Plan is not a telecommunications service offering to the general public. It is a company-managed internal benefit that may include, but is not limited to: a company-owned SIM card, internal digital services, technical support, and partner-related privileges.
2. Eligibility
Participation is strictly limited to:
Verified employees and active partners of Value Circle LLC.
Individuals registered in the Value Circle Club system.
Membership may be revoked in cases of misrepresentation, inactivity, or violation of the company’s internal code of conduct.
3. Scope of Benefits
The Plan may include the following non-commercial benefits:
Free SIM card with usage quotas for calls, SMS, and data (SIM remains company property).
Communication and productivity platforms managed by the company.
Access to Value Circle events, support channels, and tools.
Internal discounts and special offers on products or services.
Technical support and administrative assistance related to the SIM and Plan services.
All components of the Plan are subject to change or termination at the sole discretion of the company.
4. Ownership and Usage Rights
All assets provided under the Plan, whether physical (e.g., SIM cards, hardware) or digital (e.g., software licenses), are the exclusive property of Value Circle LLC. These items may not be resold, transferred, or used by unauthorized third parties.
Any misuse, including fraud, unauthorized access, or resale, will result in immediate termination of membership and may trigger legal and financial review.
5. Termination and Amendments
Value Circle LLC reserves the right to:
Revoke individual access at any time, with or without cause.
Modify or suspend the Plan or specific benefits without prior notice.
Discontinue the entire Plan if operational or regulatory needs arise.
Termination of eligibility automatically revokes access to all associated services and benefits.
6. Legal Jurisdiction and Regulatory Compliance
The Plan operates in compliance with relevant legal and privacy frameworks in jurisdictions where members reside:
European Union: General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), ePrivacy Directive.
United States: Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 41–58), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Israel: Protection of Privacy Law, 1981; Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 1982.
